Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders over $100. No coupon code required. We also offer free shipping codes from time to time on social media, or through the podcast itself. Listen to it! We will also do giveaways. Otherwise, shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) purchased and will be calculated for you at checkout.

At this time we only offer shipping on the website within the United States. If you're outside the U.S., let us know and we can see what we can do.

Returns

Damaged/Mislabeled items: While all orders go through a three step quality check, things happen. If something is wrong with the item in terms of quality or the item was damaged during shipment, contact us and let us know and a replacement item will be sent out to you at no cost. Please include a picture of the item that shows the issue. We trust you, of course! The company we use for merchandise will ask us for a picture though.

Other reasons for return (need another size, do not like, etc.): Because we do not maintain an inventory and all items are printed on demand, we unfortunately do not have a way to get a refund for returned items. Accepting returns for reasons other than an issue with the item itself would result in us eating the cost and needing to reorder and ship the replacement item at our expense. For that reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than an issue with the item, as noted above. At some point this may change, but for the time being the print on demand model is how we can best keep the cost of merchandise low for everyone without compromising quality.
